We put ourselves in the home owner’s shoes and ask ourselves some simple questions. How would we live in that house? What happens when friends come to visit? Where will the kids do their homework? Where can we put our feet up at the end of the day? Where would we spend a lazy Sunday?

Would we be impressed by the finished result and proud to have people round for our house warming? If we can’t answer those questions confidently then we go back to the drawing board.

Whether it’s a full size, fully-equipped family kitchen with comfortable dining space, spacious living room for the growing family, full size bedrooms with no box rooms masquerading as a bedroom, full size family bathrooms and luxurious en-suite, or expansive floored attics, it’s all about the practicalities of modern living in an aspirational environment.
